This is a legal agreement between you and Primetime Media Group Ltd hereafter referred to as ''. You will be referred to within this agreement as a 'member'. The persons offering their services within the website will be referred to as 'advertisers' If you agree to the terms and conditions herein you will become eligible to apply to become a registered member. We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully.

If we accept you as a member you will have access to the services offered by the persons who advertise their services on the website.

    c) The minimum charging period for a call is one minute.

    d) Paid telephone calls and shows will terminate automatically when the funds in your account are exhausted, except where auto-topup of credits is enabled in the user account.

    e) Unused account funds may be forfeit after a period of 90 days of inactivity on the member account.

    f) By agreeing to the terms herein you authorise to debit the funds in your account at the appropriate rate for the transaction that you have instigated.

    g) You are solely responsible for the security of your member account and its password. will not be held responsible for the use of member account funds where the account has been accessed using the appropriate security coding that is known only to the authorised member. Allowing third parties to access the site using your account will be considered a breach of this agreement and your membership terminated.

    h) Law enforcement agencies will be informed in the case of illegal activities of any kind whatsoever. Be advised that will prosecute to the full extent of the law wherever and whenever we see fit.

    i) In the event of additional information being required to validate your account and/or payment method, you agree to provide this information.

    j) In the event of membership suspension/termination you agree that any funds remaining in the member account are forfeit.

  4. English Law.

    This website operates under the laws of the United Kingdom.

  5. Age Verification.

    Some of the members-only content within the site would be R18 equivalent rated. As a UK owned and operated business, this means that before we allow access to such content, we are legally required to confirm the user is over 18 regardless of his or her geographic location. Therefore, if a user is not identified as 18+ at the point of their initial transaction, we will be required to prove that they are over 18 via an accepted Age Verification method.

    These methods include, but are not limited to:-

  6. Subscriptions

    Cancelling a subscription will immediately stop rebills but you will still be able to access the members content until the end of your subscription period. The method will differ, depending on which payment method you used:-

  7. Complaints, Cancellations and Refunds Procedure.

    a) All complaints will be thoroughly investigated by the management of If it is found that the service that you have received does not reach the high standards that we as a company set, then your payment card will be refunded in full with whatever monies that you have lost. Complaints will be investigated and any monies due to be refunded within 30 days of us receiving your complaint.

    b) However, the purchase (or awarding of) VueCall credits is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you decide to close your VueCall account any remaining VueCall credits will be lost. The company may, at its discretion, award additional credits in the case of service or technical issues. VIP credits are awarded to subscribers upon initial/recurring subscription payments and have no cash equivalent value. Any unused VIP credits expire at the end of each subscription period.

    c) Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel this agreement.

    This act allows you, the consumer, the right to cancel this agreement by using the online methods described above, by e-mail to or by calling the Customer Services number.

It gives you the right of cancellation, the right of refund, and the right to expect that you will receive goods or services that have been described in detail and accurately.   8. Double Your Credit Offer

    The double your credit offer is a one time offer, open to new customers only from time to time. If we find a user opening multiple accounts to take advantage of this offer, we will remove the free credits from your account.

  9. Automated rebilling

    When you call an operator using funds from your credit card we have an option which will automatically rebill your previously used card the last amount you topped up when your credit is running low. You can disable this by unticking the checkbox on the call page.
